• Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days for quality inspection
• Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days after processing
Shipping Details
We currently ship only within France. All orders are sent via standard shipping, offering fast, secure, and fully insured delivery.
From order to delivery at your door, it generally takes between 8 and 13 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We are sorry if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
In this case, please take clear photos of the issue and contact us as soon as possible.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will quickly find a suitable solution.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 8 hours of being placed. After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible. For any cancellation requests, please contact support as soon as possible.
Delivery Delays
During peak demand periods (e.g., holidays), delivery may be delayed.
If your order has not arrived three business days after the estimated time, please contact our customer service.
Order Processing & Cut-off Time
• Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+2) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
